About the Owner

Dave Alderuccio graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, New York in 1981. His degree is in Mechanical Engineering.

Dave holds a State of Florida General Contractor’s License and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker.

He and his family have made a home in Naples, Florida since 1988.
